Privacy Policy
Effective 20 August 2026
Stretch is designed to work without an account and without collecting your personal information.
Information stored on your devices
Stretch stores your selected routines, imported routines, active workout progress and workout history locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. This information is not sent to the developer or to third parties.
Apple Health
If you give permission, Stretch can save completed flexibility workouts to Apple Health.
On Apple Watch, Stretch may access heart rate, active energy, date of birth and one-minute heart-rate recovery through HealthKit. This information is used to show workout measurements and estimate heart-rate zones. It stays within Apple Health and your devices and is not transmitted to the developer.
Health access is optional and can be changed at any time in the Health app or your device settings. Stretch does not use Health data for advertising, marketing or profiling.
Clipboard access
Stretch reads the clipboard only when you choose Paste Routine from Clipboard. The clipboard contents are processed locally to import a routine and are not uploaded.
Analytics and advertising
Stretch does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking technologies or third-party analytics software. It does not track you across apps or websites.
Data retention and deletion
Information stored by Stretch remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. You can delete imported routines and clear workout history within Stretch. Workouts saved to Apple Health can be viewed and deleted in the Health app.
Children's privacy
Stretch does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Stretch's features or data practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date.
