Reporting a problem
When you email, it helps to include:
- Your iPhone or Apple Watch model
- Your iOS or watchOS version
- The version of Stretch you're using
- A short description of what happened
Health permissions
Stretch can save completed flexibility workouts to Apple Health. On Apple Watch, Health access also enables workout measurements such as heart rate and active energy.
You can review or change Stretch's access from the Health app by opening your profile, choosing Apps and Services, then choosing Stretch. The stretching routines and timers still work if you decide not to grant Health access.
Workout progress
If you leave Stretch during a workout, your progress is saved automatically. Open the workout again to carry on from where you stopped.
Importing a routine
Stretch can import routines created or converted using your preferred AI assistant. Open the routine picker, choose Import a Routine, then follow the steps to copy the provided prompt and paste the finished routine back into Stretch.
The routine is checked before it is saved. If Stretch finds a problem, it will explain what needs correcting and provide text you can copy back to your AI assistant.
Routine imports are processed entirely on your device. Stretch does not connect to an AI service or upload the contents of your clipboard.
Removing your data
You can delete imported routines from the routine picker and clear your workout history from the History screen. Workouts saved to Apple Health can be managed separately in the Health app.
Privacy
